Warranty:

• All items come with a 3-year warranty.

Costs:

1. Initial Cost (Year 1):

   • Covers the purchase of all materials and installation.

   • Covers the removal of lights, boxing lights for customer storage (option: we will store lights for you for an additional $100).

2. Years (Year 2 & 3) if interested:

   • You only pay labor for installation of lights and removal and boxing of lights for customer storage (option: we will store lights for you for an additional $100).

Ownership:

All items are the property of the customer.
